Sweet Baby Godson Bday!

August 12th my sweet baby Godson (yes Kelly I am saying Godson again hahaha) turned 2 years old!Connor Jackson Chumley :)  I thought it would be fun to take a little trip down memory lane... sorry Chrissy... you didn't approve this post or these pics, and for those of you who know her, you know I could be in MAJOR trouble for this haha oh well <3  Can't believe it! It feels like yesterday when we took this pic.... One of the most fun Bachey Parties EVER!!  We all ventured on out to Edisto Island for the Big Day! So pretty and so fun! :) After waiting and waiting for all us to get to be "aunts", we finally heard the news and were so excited!!Of course we were on to planning the party... The baby shower of all baby showers! Loved it! Still remember everything about it!  Ok Chrissy really don't kill me now... but this is so sweet... moments before baby Connor arrived...  Mommy and Daddy waiting...

Randomness!

I have a whole bunch of randomness in this blog so apologies now for it :)

Can anyone else but me not believe that school has started back? I feel like Summer came and went and just can't believe its school time! Ugh! Back to waking up early on Thursdays for me ha wasn't quite ready for that! But it was a good morning and the girls were ready to go!....

(Poor Ava, had the cutest Purple dress picked out to wear on the 1st day of school since we bought it, like in May I think haha and then had PE class on the first day and had to wear tennis shoes! bless her heart! :( lol)

3rd graders are too cool to have their picture taken in class, in front of their friends haha she was not feeling it, so we opted for the candid shots ;) Still so cuteness though!

Speaking of school ... my little Kenzy started 7th grade this year... and she is pretty and sweet...

I think I totally forgot to post our fun times from Kings Island a couple of weeks ago!?!?!  Maybe you will remember this pic from Dollywood back in the beginning of Summer....? Jake's first "scary" kind of ride... the Log Drop Off thingy which in all honesty was kind of scary lol

Hahahahahah... ok well Kings Island he was way more excited and not really as scared this time.... so we tried another one only this was an actual roller coaster (not a major one, only the Woodstock Express ha) but that is major enough for Jake... he did good this time though.... :)

This time Chris didn't freak out that he would fly out and hold him down ha, and Jake LOVED it! I love these pics, they always make me laugh so hard! I know it is silly to pay $15 for one pic at those places, but they are so worth it really bc they make us laugh forever!

When we were leaving Kings Island we saw people set up doing those cartoon kinda drawings... and I was OBSESSED with getting them done, I remember doing them when my brother and I were little and I think (you never know with Lynda though and her throwing everything away ha) we probably still have them somewhere. So the kids were so excited... the girl did a great job, then Chris and I decided to get one too... We were so glad we did. When we got home, I took them to Hobby Lobby and got them framed and this is the outcome...

LOL pretty cute... she really did a pretty good job for looking at us for like 10 minutes total.
I love these... if anyone goes to Kings Island you should totally do them... the kids look at them nonstop haha!

Lastly, several people have asked what blush/bronzer I use...and I am happy to share because I love this and it lasts so long, I have had mine for over 2 years now and wear it every single day. I use MAC bronzer, but this I use as blush...

Oh, How Pinteresting Mondays!

So I guess I have been under a rock for the last few weeks, months, however long you all have been into Pinterest without me!!!!! Thank goodness for my sweet friend Emily (not newly licensed assistant Emily, but a post coming soon about how hysterical she is though lol) who introduced me to Pinterest a while back, but I was on vaca that week with NO INTERNET (kill me now) so I am just now kind of getting into it!

So now, go figure... I am officially a Pinterest Addict!

Like there is something else I need to do at night to keep me from going to bed, besides my usual... checking/responding to emails, blogging, facebooking, twitter, my reality shows, catching up on Young & the Restless from the week, etc. Now I want to look at millions of awesome pictures and pin them to a "make believe board"! bahahaha. Oh well, I still love it!

With that said... I am starting this... :)

Arm Candy!

True Life: I am addicted to bracelets!

It's a bad addiction let me tell you. They don't have to be expensive bracelets though, which is good, just any cute and unique bracelet. And I also am addicted to wearing them all at one time. I always have them on the same arm, and a minimum of 5 usually ;)

People are always asking me where I get my bracelets... so I decided I would do a post of my arm candy that I am currently wearing and obsessed with right now! Just for fun!

So here ya go... My Arm Candy:

J.Crew is the BEST place to get cute bracelets from the sale bucket. Normal price they can be kind of high, but sometimes they will dump a bunch in a bucket next to the register and they are seriously probably between $5-$10! I am always on the hunt for cute ones so share with me where your fave places to purchase are too!

If you are skeptical of wearing a lot of bracelets on one arm, adding a bold watch always helps IMO and also they don't have to necessarily "match" ... that is the fun of it... just kind of mix and match and see what you can come up with! :)

Monogrammed Necklace

Thank you all so much for the sweet emails and comments and my FAVORITE new accessory...
My monogrammed necklace :)

It is so fun and cute... it's actually plastic on a gold chain... and they come in TONS of different colors... I chose the grey for my first one because I felt like that could be worn during all seasons and it kind of goes with everything.

I know this isn't a very good pic... but I think you can see it good enough to know it's pretty darn cute!  INR (in real life) it is about the size of a half dollar I think...

I ordered it from AJ's Casuals here in Lex... but for those of you who do not live here...I am sure you can order one from them and they will send it to you...

It took about 4-5 weeks to get here... (now I want another color, I think I want to try script font in a tan maybe...) but I am so sad I have to wait another month! LOL

I hope this helps... I really am not a huge necklace person (much more excited about bracelets, but that is another post coming tomorrow!) but I absolutely LOVE this necklace and can't take it off!!
